In this story, two brothers find out there is a contest at the arcade. You have to get the highest score and if you do, you get the newest console. Frank and Joe still competed against each other. But while the contest started, the owner announced that he lost the money in his box. He said he wouldn't start the contest until the person gave the money back. Who is the thief?
